During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with a few aspects of the hotel. the staff members were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. the hotel was conveniently located, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. Lastly, the hotel offered complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start my day before heading out to explore the city.
the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

The location of the hotel was not accurately displayed on the map, causing some confusion upon arrival. the room, although dirty with dusty spots on the bedsheets, pillow, and quilt, had the potential to be comfortable. the bathroom, unfortunately, was in a deplorable state with poor cleanliness. the lack of soap and towels added to the disappointing experience. the hotel had potential but fell short in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities.
The staff's behavior left much to be desired.
